Untie all the knots that choke your throat and stifle your heart. Allow yourself to no longer seek out those who hurt you, to exclude the contacts from your agenda who do not give a damn about you, not to accept more visits that look more like the appearance of your home than your tired or discouraged face. Therefore, prioritize the quality of your relationships as well as filter out just who deserves your good intention. Putting an end point, without any remorse, in the exhausting stories of people who are not in the same tune of feelings as yours and still make you suffer on account of this is, in fact, far from being a tragedy. Therefore, have the courage, strength, self-esteem and wisdom to move away from those who need to leave, to give space to what can bring joy to your life and to adorn it with beautiful ties of a properly reciprocal love.
